OwnerÕs Representative - Construction & Project Management ▪ While working concurrently for The Hapsmith Company, completed a complex $150 million, 20-year
campus master plan for expansion of the college with notable architects Frank Gehry, Alvaro Siza and Daly Genik. Managed
the acquisition, feasibility, design and construction of the collegeÕs new
ÒSouth CampusÓ which involved the adaptive re-use of a vacant 100,000 square
foot industrial building into a $30 million LEED certified, award winning
project. Successfully negotiated a
99-year ground-lease with the City of Pasadena for the historic Pasadena Glenarm Power Plant building for further expansion of the
collegeÕs facilities. Responsible
for managing design, feasibility, capitalization and entitlements for a 185 bed student housing building at the South Campus.

1992 to 1995 co-managed the Los Angeles office of Special Assets where the team
successfully renegotiated and either settled or liquidated in excess of $2
billion of non-performing loans and REO.
From 1995 to 1996, co-managed the Los Angeles office of the Real Estate
Industries Group and managed a staff of 12, overseeing all developer
relationships within the office.
